Flexibility
In this all-levels class, you’ll learn how to safely and gradually increase your flexibility through a variety of postures. We’ll start with a dynamic warmup to get our muscles ready to stretch. Then we’ll slow it down and hold some deeper stretches, focusing on a particular area of the body. You’ll walk away armed with a flexibility practice to incorporate into your regular workout.
This class is designed for all flexibility levels, from beginner to advanced. A range of variations for each posture will be provided. Whether you’re brand new to flexibility, working towards your splits, or already bending yourself in half, this class is for you!
***Please bring two yoga blocks and a strap****
This class is on Wednesdays at 8:30pm.
Beginner Hula Hoop Workshop
This is a very beginner friendly hula hoop class focused on introductory tricks, transitions between them, and ways to conceptualize “combo” moves. Hoops will be provided, wear form fitting clothing, and bring an excitement to try a modern spin on a classic toy!
This 90-minute workshop is every 2nd Sunday of the month at 3:30pm.
